New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $1.73 million PLUS notes linked to Nasdaq 100

Tacoma, Wash., Nov. 26 - Morgan Stanley priced $1.73 million of 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities (PLUS) due Dec. 20, 2008 linked to the Nasdaq 100 index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus triple any index gain, subject to a maximum return of 17%. Investors will be fully exposed to any index decline.
