New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $1.05 million Buffered PLUS linked to indexes, ETF

Chicago, May 5 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.05 million of 0% Buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Oct. 4, 2023 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index, S&P 500 index and iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the lowest asset return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of that return, capped at 21%. Investors will receive par if the worst performing asset declines by 20% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that it declines beyond 20%.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
