Buffalo, N.Y., April 11 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $4.6 million of 0% buffered participation securities due April 9, 2027 linked to a weighted basket of indexes, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The basket consists of the S&P 500 index with an 80% weight and the MSCI EAFE index with a 20% weight.
If the basket finishes above the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 104% of the return.
If the basket finishes flat or declines up to 20%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the basket beyond 20%.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
