Buffalo, N.Y., March 28 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $7.88 million of 0% digital notes due Sept. 26, 2023 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 26%.
Investors will be fully exposed to any index decline.
