New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $10.49 million leveraged buffered index-linked notes on MSCI EAFE

New York, Aug. 30 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $10.49 million of 0% leveraged buffered index-linked notes due July 12, 2022 tied to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, par plus 1.3 times the index gain, capped at $1,208 per each $1,000 of notes.
If the index return is flat or falls by up to 10%, investors will receive par. Investors will lose 1.1111% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
