New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $250,000 dual directional buffered PLUS on S&P, Russell

New York, Oct. 29 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $250,000 of 0% dual directional buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due April 4, 2023 linked to the worst performing of the S&P 500 index and the Nasdaq 100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

If each index finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus two times the gain of the lesser performing index, capped at par plus 28%.

If either index falls but neither falls by more than 10%, the payout will be par plus the absolute value of the return of the lesser performing index.

Otherwise, investors will be exposed to any decline in the lesser performing index beyond the 10% buffer.
