Morgan Stanley plans lookback entry PLUS due 2021 linked to S&P 500

New York, Oct. 26 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC plans to price 0% lookback entry Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Nov. 2, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

The initial index level will be the lowest closing level of the index during the roughly one-month period from pricing up to and including Nov. 30.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of any index gain, up to a maximum return of 8%.

Investors will be fully exposed to any losses from the initial index value.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on Oct. 30 and settle on Nov. 4.

The Cusip number is 61771EEL8.
