New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $3.77 million buffered digital notes on Euro Stoxx

New York, Aug. 12 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $3.77 million of 0% buffered digital notes due Oct. 13, 2022 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
If the final index level is greater than or equal to negative 15%, the payout at maturity will be the maximum settlement amount of $1,118.50 per $1,000 face amount of note.
If the index falls by more than 15%, investors will lose 1.1765% for every 1% decline beyond the 15% buffer.
