Morgan Stanley talks notes due 2036 at Treasuries plus 135 bps area

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 13 – Morgan Stanley set price talk for notes due Sept. 16, 2036 in the Treasuries plus 135 basis points area, according to a market source.

The notes are non-callable for 10 years.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Samuel A. Ramirez & Co. Inc. are the active bookrunners, and Academy Securities Inc. and R. Seelaus & Co. Inc. are passive bookrunners.

Morgan Stanley is a New York-based financial products and services company.
