Moody’s to sell senior notes in two tranches via three bookrunners

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 10 – Moody’s Corp. is marketing senior notes in two parts, according to a 424B5 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes feature make-whole calls followed by par calls.

BofA Securities, Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used to acquire RMS Risk Management Solutions India Pte Ltd.

New York-based Moody’s is the parent company of credit ratings agency Moody’s Investors Service.
