New Issue: Citigroup prices $60.41 million 8% ELKS linked to Monsanto

New York, April 26 - Citigroup Funding Inc. priced a $60.41 million offering of 8% Equity LinKed Securities (ELKS) due May 8, 2008 linked to the common stock of Monsanto Co., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par unless Monsanto stock decline by 22.5% or more during the life of the notes, in which case the payout will be a number of Monsanto shares equal to the equity ratio, which is 0.16966 shares per ELKS.
