Mohegan Tribal Gaming talks $200 million eight-year senior notes at 12%-12¼% with 2-3 points OID

St. Louis, Oct. 20 - Mohegan Tribal Gaming set price talk for its $200 million offering of eight-year senior secured second-lien notes at a yield of 12% to 12¼% with 2 points to 3 points of original issue discount, a market source said Tuesday.

Pricing is expected Wednesday morning.

Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co., Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Wells Fargo Securities, Calyon Securities and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. are joint bookrunners for the Rule 144A for life notes.

The notes come with four years of call protection.

Proceeds will be used to repay bank debt.

The prospective issuer is an Uncasville, Conn.-based gaming and entertainment company.
