M/I Homes $200 million 10-year notes talked to yield 6¾% area, to price Thursday

St. Louis, March 16 - M/I Homes Inc.'s $200 million offering of 10-year senior notes (Ba2/BB) is talked for a yield in the 6¾% area, with pricing expected on Thursday, according to an informed source.

Citigroup and JP Morgan will be joint bookrunners for the Rule 144A/Regulation S offering.

The notes will be non-callable for life.

Proceeds will be used to repay bank debt.

M/I Homes is a Columbus, Ohio, single-family home builder with operations in Columbus and Cincinnati, Ohio; Indianapolis, Ind.; Tampa, Orlando and West Palm Beach, Fla.; Charlotte and Raleigh, N.C.; and the Virginia and Maryland suburbs of Washington, D.C.
