Chicago, March 26 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $5.69 million of 7% autocallable yield notes due April 21, 2022 linked to the common stock of Microsoft Corp., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest will be paid monthly.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
After six months the notes will be called at par if the stock closes at or above its initial level on any monthly review date other than the final one.
The payout at maturity will be par plus the coupon unless the stock finishes below its trigger level, 78% of its initial level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the stock.
