Moody’s gives Micron notes Baa3

Moody's Investors Service said it rated Micron Technology, Inc.'s new senior unsecured notes at Baa3.

The Baa3 rating on the company's outstanding senior unsecured notes and the stable outlook are unchanged, the agency said.

Micron will use the proceeds to fund the repayment of a portion of the senior unsecured term loan A due 2024 with any remainder to be used for Micron's corporate purposes.
