Moody’s gives B1 to MGM Resorts notes

Moody's Ratings said it assigned a B1 rating to MGM Resorts International's new $750 million of senior unsecured notes.

The company's other ratings, including the B1 corporate family rating and B1-PD probability of default rating remain unchanged. MGM's SGL-2 speculative grade liquidity rating is unchanged, and the outlook remains unchanged at stable, the agency said.

The new notes will be used to refinance the company's 750 million 6¾% senior unsecured notes due 2025, also rated B1.
