MFS Absolute Return Fund cuts Zhang from portfolio management team

San Diego, Dec. 13 - MFS Series Trust X announced that Linda Zhang is no longer part of the portfolio management team for the MFS Absolute Return Fund.

Existing portfolio managers James J. Calmas, Benjamin Nastou and Natalie I. Shapiro will continue to manage the fund.

The fund seeks total return by investing primarily in investment-grade debt instruments, with a tactical asset allocation overlay using derivative instruments to manage the fund's exposure to asset classes, markets and currencies.

Boston-based Massachusetts Financial Services Co., or MFS, is the investment adviser to the fund.
