Mettler-Toledo files automatic shelf registration for debt securities

Knoxville, Tenn., May 12 - Mettler-Toledo International Inc. filed a debt securities automatic shelf registration in an S-3ASR registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company will detail in the prospectus supplement how it intends to use the proceeds.

Mettler-Toledo is a Columbus, Ohio-based supplier of precision instruments and services.
