Memphis-Shelby County Airport, Tenn., to sell $161.21 million bonds

New York, Dec. 30 - The Memphis-Shelby County Airport of Tennessee is set to price $161.205 million in series 2009 refunding revenue bonds on Jan. 7, according to a sales calendar.

The bonds (A2/A/A+) will be sold through senior manager Morgan Keegan & Co. Inc.

Proceeds will be used to refund existing debt.
