Russia's MegaFon to issue RUR 3 billion three-year bonds

New York, April 19 - OJSC MegaFon said it will issue RUR 3 billion of non-convertible three-year bonds Tuesday in a competitive bid.

The 03 series bonds will mature on April 15, 2008.

LLC MegaFon Finance acts at the guarantor.

The issuer, based in Moscow, is mobile operator.
