Medtronic to redeem seven series of outstanding notes in full

New York, Sept. 29 – Medtronic plc plans to redeem all of Medtronic, Inc.’s outstanding $1.5 billion of 3.15% senior notes due 2022, $530.2 million 2.75% senior notes due 2023, $432.5 million 3.625% senior notes due 2024 and $810 million $2.7 billion 3.5% senior notes due 2025, all of Covidien International Finance SA’s outstanding $650 million 3.2% senior notes due 2022 and $309.5 million 2.95% senior notes due 2023 and all outstanding €1.5 billion of Medtronic Global Holdings SCA’s 0% senior notes due 2021, according to a press release.

The notes will be redeemed on Oct. 29 at make-whole redemption prices.

Medtronic is a medical technology and services company based in Dublin.
