Prospect News reports five new defaults for week of Feb. 13-Feb. 19

Pittsburgh, Feb. 21 – Prospect News reported five new defaults for the week of Feb. 13 through Feb. 19.

Specifically, Prospect News reported Chapter 11 bankruptcy filings made by Hygea Holdings Corp., Pier 1 Imports Inc., Boy Scouts of America, VIP Cinema Holdings, Inc. and McClatchy Co.

So far in 2020, Prospect News has reported 38 defaults, including 27 Chapter 11 bankruptcy filings, six missed interest payments, three missed principal payments and one each of missed payments and Chapter 7 bankruptcy filings.
