Chicago, Nov. 30 – MassMutual Global Funding II priced $750 million of 5.05% funding agreement-backed notes with a five-year tenor on Wednesday, according to a market source.
The notes priced at a 115 basis points spread to Treasuries after talk in the 135 bps area.
BofA Securities, Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Mizuho Securities USA Inc. are the bookrunners.
The issuer is a unit of Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Co. based in Springfield, Mass.
