Massachusetts set to sell $419.26 million transportation bonds Tuesday

New York, May 7 - The Commonwealth of Massachusetts is slated to price $419.26 million of series 2012A commonwealth transportation fund revenue bonds Tuesday, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (Aaa/AAA/) will be sold competitively with Public Resources Advisory Group as the financial adviser.

The bonds are due 2013 to 2041.

Proceeds will be used to finance bridge-related capital expenditures for the commonwealth.
