New York, June 22 - The Commonwealth of Massachusetts sold $250.45 million in series 2010B consolidated general obligation bonds on Tuesday, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds were sold through lead manager Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
The co-managers were Citigroup Global Markets Inc.; Fidelity Capital Markets Services Inc.; J.P. Morgan Securities Inc.; Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc.; BB&T Capital Markets Inc.; Barclays Capital Inc.; Cabrera Capital Markets Inc.; Eastern Bank Capital Markets Inc.; Edward Jones & Co.; Goldman, Sachs & Co.; Jackson Securities Inc.; Janney Montgomery Scott LLC; Jefferies & Co.; KeyBanc Capital Markets LLC; Loop Capital Markets LLC; Morgan Keegan & Co. Inc.; M.R. Beal & Co. Inc.; Oppenheimer & Co. Inc.; Piper Jaffray & Co.; Prager, Sealy & Co.; Ramirez & Co. The bonds are due 2011 to 2020 with coupons from 2% to 5%.
Proceeds will be used to finance capital projects.
