New Issue: Manatee County School District, Fla., prices $50 million of TANs

New York, July 24 - The Manatee County School District of Florida priced $50 million of series 2012 tax anticipation notes, said a pricing sheet.

The notes (MIG 1) were sold competitively. The issuer did not return calls for the winning bidder by press time Tuesday.

The notes are due May 1, 2013 and have a 2% coupon priced at 101.31.

Proceeds will be used to finance operating expenses for the district ahead of the collection of budgeted revenues.
