New York, Aug. 10 - The Manatee County School District of Florida sold $50 million of series 2011 tax anticipation notes, said a pricing sheet.
The notes were sold competitively. Calls to the issuer for the winning bidder were not returned by press time.
The notes are due May 1, 2012 and have a 2% coupon priced at 101.284.
Proceeds will be used to finance capital requirements ahead of the collection of budgeted revenues.
