Knoxville, Tenn., May 15 - Mamut ASA said it took in NOK 34.43 million in a private placement of shares.
The company sold 5.1 million shares at NOK 6.75 per share.
Proceeds will be used to strengthen the company's solidity.
Mamut is an Oslo-based provider of management and administration software solutions.
