New York, March 19 – HPHT Finance (21) Ltd. priced a $500 million issue of 2% guaranteed notes due 2026, according to a notice.
The Bank of New York Mellon, London Branch is the principal paying agent and Bank of China (Hong Kong) Ltd., BOCI Asia Ltd., the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corp. Ltd. and Mizuho Securities Asia Ltd. are the lead managers and bookrunners.
HPHT operates transportation businesses and is based in Hong Kong.
