Home BancShares offers fixed-to-floating subordinated notes due 2032

Los Angeles, Jan. 13 – Home BancShares, Inc. plans to price an offering of fixed-to-floating rate subordinated notes due 2032, according to a 424B5 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest will accrue at a fixed rate initially and then at a rate based on SOFR, with a 0% SOFR floor.

The notes are callable in whole or in part at par beginning in 2027.

Piper Sandler & Co. is the bookrunner.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Home BancShares is the Conway, Ark.-based bank holding company for Centennial Bank.
