Hologic to redeem $950 million 4 3/8% senior notes due 2025

New York, Sept. 14 – Hologic, Inc. intends to redeem in full all $950 million of its outstanding 4 3/8% senior notes due 2025, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The redemption will be funded using proceeds from an offering of senior notes due 2029 and available cash.

Hologic will redeem the notes on or about Oct. 15.

Hologic is a Marlborough, Mass.-based medical technology company focused on women’s health.
