Healthcare Trust of America to sell $250 million 10-year senior notes

New York, March 21 - Healthcare Trust of America Holdings, LP is expected to price $250 million of 10-year senior notes, according to a press release.

The sale is being done under Rule 144A and Regulation S.

Proceeds are being used to repay $125.5 million of debt outstanding on a senior secured term loan, borrowings under a senior revolving credit facility and for general corporate purposes.

The real estate investment trust for medical office building is based in Scottsdale, Ariz.
