New Issue: HSBC prices $2.02 million leveraged buffered uncapped notes on Hang Seng China Enterprises

New York, Dec. 24 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $2,021,000 of 0% leveraged buffered uncapped market participation securities due Dec. 30, 2019 linked to the Hang Seng China Enterprises index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.2 times any gain in the index.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 16% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 16%.
