Fitch gives Guangxi Financial bonds BBB

Fitch Ratings said it gave Guangxi Financial Investment Group Co., Ltd.'s planned U.S. dollar senior unsecured offshore bond a BBB rating. The issuer’s parent, Guangxi Investment Group Co., Ltd., also rated BBB, will guarantee the bond.

The proceeds will be used to refinance Guangxi Financial's offshore debt.

The outlook is stable.
