Golden Knight II issues clean-up call to redeem notes on Oct. 17

Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 30 – Golden Knight II CLO, Ltd. issued a clean-up call for redemption of its notes on Oct. 17, according to a notice.

The following notes will be redeemed at par:

• $3,662,953.47 of class C notes;

• $14 million of class D notes; and

• $13 million of class E notes.

The distribution to each of the Income Notes will equal its proportional share of the income note distribution.

The record date for the redemption is Oct. 2.

Golden Knight II CLO, Corp. is a co-issuer.
