Golub Capital Partners CLO 14 to redeem secured notes on Aug. 17

Minneapolis, Aug. 4 – Golub Capital Partners CLO 14, Ltd./Golub Capital Partners CLO 14, LLC was directed by a majority of its subordinated noteholders to redeem four classes of secured notes, according to a notice from trustee Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA.

The notes will be redeemed in whole at par plus accrued interest on Aug. 17 for the following total redemption prices:

• $16,593,283.06 for the class B notes;

• $40,121,666.67 for the class C notes;

• $26,607,987.50 for the class D notes; and

• $27,137,925 for the class E notes.

The subordinated notes will not be redeemed on the redemption date.

GC Investment Management, an affiliate of New York-based middle-market lender Golub Capital, is the collateral manager.
