Greywolf CLO IV directed to redeem six classes of notes on Jan. 17

Olympia, Wash., July 30 – Greywolf CLO IV, Ltd./Greywolf CLO IV, LLC received direction from its collateral manager and holders of a majority of its subordinated notes to redeem six classes of notes in whole, according to a notice.

The class A-1, A-2, B, C, D and E notes will be redeemed on Jan. 17, 2019.

Citibank, NA is the trustee.
