New Issue: Greater New Haven Water Pollution, Conn., sells $77.51 million of bonds

New York, June 25 – The Greater New Haven Water Pollution Control Authority of Connecticut sold $77.51 million of series 2014B regional wastewater system revenue refunding bonds, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds were sold through Raymond James/Morgan Keegan.
The bonds are due 2014 to 2032 with a term bond due in 2035. The serial coupons range from 2% to 5% with 0.09% to 3.61% yields. The 2035 bonds have a 4% coupon priced at 99.573 to yield 4.03%.
Proceeds will be used to refund the authority’s series 2005 revenue bonds.
