Company sells units of shares, two-year warrants at $0.25 per unit

Knoxville, Tenn., March 19 - Guitammer Co. completed a $250,000 private placement of units on March 15, according to an 8-K filed Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company sold 1 million units of one common share and one warrant at $0.25 per unit.
Each warrant is exercisable at $0.36 for two years. The strike price represents a 140% premium to $0.15, the March 14 closing share price.
Westerville, Ohio-based Guitammer makes and sells low-frequency audio transducers.
