GTT Communications gets additional time to file financial statements

Olympia, Wash., May 3 – GTT Communications, Inc. has received an extension of the deadline under its term loan and revolving credit agreements and 7 7/8% notes forbearance agreement to file its audited consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended Dec. 31 to May 10, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The required lenders and noteholders had previously extended the deadline to file financial statements to April 15 initially, and then later to April 22 and May 3.

GTT said it does not expect to be able to file its second- and third-quarter form 10-Qs, nor the 2020 form 10-K by the new expiration date, and the company is unable to predict a specific filing date for the documents.

GTT is a McLean, Va.-based cloud networking provider.
