Graphic Packaging launches $1.256 billion term loan C

New York, Sept. 13 - Graphic Packaging Corp. launched a $1.256 billion term loan C Monday. The new loan will be used to take out the company's existing term loan A and term loan B, according to a market source.

JPMorgan is the lead bank on the deal.

The term loan C went out to lenders priced at Libor plus 250 basis points, the source said.

Graphic Packaging is a Marietta, Ga., provider of paperboard and integrated paperboard solutions to beverage and consumer products multinationals.
