New York, July 19 - GPS Industries, Inc. said it has completed a private placement for $1,648,555.
The company agreed to sell 20,606,944 shares at $0.08 each to nine accredited investors.
So far, GPS has received $1,225,000 from the offering.
Separately, GPS said it has converted $400,000 in debt at $0.09 per share.
Based in Surrey, B.C., GPS develops wireless global positioning systems for golfers.
