New Issue: Goldman Sachs prices $374.513 million notes linked to MSCI Emerging Markets

New York, Dec. 7 - The Goldman Sachs Group Inc. priced $374.513 million of 0% notes due May 30, 2007 linked to the MSCI Daily Total Return Net Emerging Markets Index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

At maturity, investors will receive par plus any index gain. Investors will share in losses.
