New Issue: GS Finance sells $543,000 market-linked autocalls with principal return on Dow

Buffalo, N.Y., June 5 – GS Finance Corp. priced $543,000 of 0% market-linked notes – autocallable with principal return at maturity due June 2, 2028 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be automatically called at par plus a call premium of 12% if the index closes at or above the initial level on June 2, 2025.

If the notes are not called and the index finishes positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the return. Otherwise, investors will receive par.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

Wells Fargo Securities, LLC and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC are the agents.
