New York, Feb. 7 - GMAC Hipotecaria SA de CV Sofol sold Ps. 150.20 million of certificados burstatiles (/mxA-1+/F1+(mex)) in two tranches via an auction on Wednesday.
The issuer sold Ps. 70.20 of seven-day certificados bursatiles to yield 7.14%. Bids ranged from 7.07% to 7.15%.
The second tranche included Ps. 80 million of 14-day certificados bursatiles, which priced to yield 7.18% via an auction on Wednesday.
Bids ranged from 7.10% to 7.20%.
Scotia Inverlat Casa de Bolsa SA de CV was the auction agent for both transaction. .
The issuer, based in Mexico City, is a financial services company focused on the financing of real estate developers in Mexico.
