Moody's gives Global Aviation B3, notes Ba3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned ratings to Global Aviation Holdings, Inc.: corporate family and probability of default, each of B3.

Moody's said it also assigned a rating of Ba3 to the planned issuance of $165 million of first-lien senior secured notes due 2013.

The outlook is stable.

According to the agency, the B3 corporate family rating reflects Global Aviation's position as the largest provider of air transportation and air cargo services to the U.S. Department of Defense' Air Mobility Command.
