Stockholder Golden Pegasus Racing intends to participate in offerings

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 29 - Ghostzapper Racing Corp., Awesome Again Racing Corp., Perfect Sting Racing Corp. and Ginger Punch Racing Corp. priced four initial public offerings of stock for a total of $16.2 million, according to S-1 filings made on Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Golden Pegasus Racing Inc., the companies' sole stockholder, intends to participate for $440,000 of each $4.05 million offering for a total of $1.76 million.
The companies will each sell 405,000 common shares at $10.00 per share on a best efforts, all or none basis for a total of 1.62 million shares.
The deal will be conducted without an underwriter.
Proceeds will be used to repay a $1.23 million promissory note, for the companies' training and maintenance agreement with Golden Pegasus, working capital and general corporate purposes.
The Hallandale Beach, Fla., companies own thoroughbred racehorses.
