Fitch rates State Road & Tollway, Ga., bonds AA-

Fitch Ratings said it assigned an AA- rating to the State Road & Tollway Authority, Ga.'s $480 million of federal highway grant anticipation revenue bonds, series 2008-A, and the authority's approximately $120 million of federal highway reimbursement revenue bonds, series 2008-A.

Sale of the series 2008-A bonds is expected on March 25.

The outlook is stable.
