New York, Dec. 15 - Gentor Resources Inc. settled a direct placement of stock for $1 million.
The company sold 200,000 shares at $5.00 each.
The shares were offered under the company's shelf registration.
Proceeds will be used for phase 1 of the company's exploration program on its Delmoe Lake property in Montana.
Located in Virginia City, Mt., Gentor is a mineral exploration company.
