Stone & Youngberg hires James Gabal to municipal sales, trading group

Cleveland, Oct. 19 - Stone & Youngberg Holdings LLC said it hired James Gabal as a vice president to its New York-based municipal sales and trading group.

"James' expertise in middle markets is a welcome compliment to our existing team that will be of great benefit to our clients as we continue to accelerate growth in the Northeast," Richard Beames, managing director and head of Stone & Youngberg's municipal sales and trading group, said in a news release.

Gabal has worked for the Royal Bank of Canada, Credit Suisse and UBS Investment Bank.

Stone & Youngberg is a San Francisco-based financial services firm and underwriter of California municipal bonds.
